At Qualitec our team has two ways to conduct a search, retained executive search and contingency search.
A retained search (exclusive) is a search which is Agreed to and put into place at the beginning of a search. e payments are made in advance in exchange to locating and evaluating potential external candidates for a senior level position. This gives our clients exclusives to the "pick of top" candidates.
Contingency searches are paid at the end of the successful search. The service is paid for by the Client Company or organization, not by the hired candidate at the end of a search. Potential candidates are identified, qualified and presented to the client by Qualitec. Search consultants are often entrenched in particular market sectors. At Qualitec our market sector is Tax, Finance and Accounting Professionals and our networks are used along with various methods to seek candidates for particular opportunities. Normally the individuals are not actively seeking a new position. It is the work of our educated team to approach these individuals with a view to take them to their next career opportunity of their dreams.
Assessing the degrees of potential candidates with the job specification is a key activity for our Firm. Our goal is to save time and effort involved with identifying, qualifying and reviewing potential candidates for specific leadership positions for our clients.
Qualitec is a Quality oriented search firm and we work hard at cultivating and continually updating our network of contacts. This way when a search assignment is awarded we are ready to start recruiting potential candidates.
Our Executive Recruiters work for our client companies. Our client base is 78% repeat business and the remainder is spent in New Business Development. We are driven by specific assignments for our clients: and find people for
