Even in one of the worst recessions in 70 years, Tim and Qualitec were able to help me locate many job opportunities. I thought that when the tax department at my bank was outsourced that this would mean a prolonged search for employment. I went on four job interviews that were arranged through Qualitec and received three offers. Especially with my willingness to move, I ended up with a greater than 50% pay bump and the chance to work in international tax. I was amazed at how hard the Qualitec group worked to find placements that were in my field of interest within taxation. Many times it is difficult to break from what you have been doing for years and find employers willing to work with you. I was dealing with maybe four or five different recruiters at the time and found that only Karen & Tim kept in almost daily contact with me with regards to how things were going. Other recruiters would blanket your resume to every potential employer in their city even if they hadn’t discussed the employer with me. Their only interest was covering themselves to get the commission. The other recruiters were not even close to as professional as the Qualitec group. I would wholeheartedly endorse using the Qualitec group. If I find in the future that I am interested in a job change I would start and stop with the Qualitec group.
